No, the delegates were very excited, enthusiastic and fired up. No one was angry or wanted revenge for the Deep State hit on Trump. They just want to win. If Trump had been killed, DeSantis would be the GOP presidential nominee right now. No question in my mind about it. Biden is a bigger loser than Harris for sure. The Harris ticket is a notable improvement over Biden for the Dems and their chances to win the election particularly if she picks a good VP running mate.
I think she would pursue a warmongering foreign policy identical to Biden's so no I don't think she could avoid the temptation not to provoke Russia and China to attack the US.
