As a Canadian and having our borders surrounded by three oceans and the powerful friendly nation of the US to our south, I have always slept well and felt reasonably safe from military conflicts.

Unfortunately after viewing last nights trainwreck of a debate, I can kiss these restful sleeps goodbye.

Joe Biden should absolutely not be anywhere near, let alone leading any decision making. Can you imagine him calculating risk or understanding the complexities/ capacity of a nuclear exchange?

Surely given Bidens obvious declining mental state, there MUST be grave concern amongst our leaders! Specifically as you say David, the position we now find ourselves in militarily given what our adversaries must now be contemplating when they have witnessed this fiasco.

This isn't just a case of serious embarrassment for a nation ... it's playing "Russian Roulette" with our very existence.

That empty gaze Biden personified and zombie appearance will do little to instill confidence. The Emperor has been exposed and he's naked.

The bells were ringing, the gates down and the lights were flashing last night....but the train already left the station Joe.

This is indeed the most important election of our lifetime...that is of course if there is one to have.

Happy Canada Day! Yes having Biden as President is playing Russian roulette with our very existence. If Russia and China launched a nuclear first strike at the US homeland, Biden would have 5-10 minutes from launch to decide how to respond and likely would not have time to escape the nuclear blast zone in DC. Even if the Chinese were unable to disrupt nuclear launch orders and even if we did not have a policy of waiting to launch until the first nuclear impact (which would be DC), I doubt Biden would be able to make a decision whether to launch a nuclear retaliatory strike on Russia and/or China before DC was obliterated. In any other nuclear attack scenario including a super EMP first strike over the US that didn't involve a nuclear ground burst or if one of our treaty allies, Ukraine or US military bases abroad were attacked with nuclear weapons, I think the chances that Biden would order a nuclear response are near-zero. Biden would be more likely to either de-escalate or surrender than order a nuclear retaliatory strike. A vote for Biden is a vote for nuclear war. A vote for Trump is a vote to save America from having to fight an unnecessary nuclear war.
