Vice President Kamala Harris Must Invoke the 25th Amendment Following Biden’s Epic Debate Fail

Biden lacks the capability to serve yet continues to provoke an unnecessary nuclear war with Russia and China. Only by electing President Trump can we hope to save America from World War Three.

President Joe Biden appearing dazed and confused during last night’s CNN presidential debate while President Donald Trump appeared strong, sharp and decisive.

Last night’s CNN debate between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump was perhaps the most monumental historic presidential debate in US history and not for a good reason. Biden, long touted as a policy expert by Democrat leaders, kept losing his train of thought and repeatedly misspoke. He sounded hoarse and came across as feeble and oftentimes unintelligible prompting Trump to deliver one of his hardest hitting remarks of the evening when he stated, “I don’t know what he just said, and I don’t think he does either.” By contrast, Trump performed even better than expected, seeming to benefit greatly from the debate rules of not interrupting an opponent while they were speaking, and had a couple of other great liners during the debate including when he referred to Biden as "a Manchurian President paid by China” in reference to the $31 million paid to the Biden family with ten percent for ‘The Big Guy’ according Hunter Biden’s laptop which was not only verified as genuine by the FBI but used by the Department of Justice as evidence in their successful prosecution of Hunter Biden on felony gun charges for which he faces up to twenty-five years in prison.

Biden stared absent-mindedly into space or noticeably looked dazed and confusedly at Trump when he wasn’t speaking. Biden’s White House staff claimed he had a cold, yet he demonstrated no sign of sickness when he continued campaign events meeting with supporters until the early hours of Friday morning. It was painful to watch Biden struggle to speak coherently without mixing up his words while appearing dazed and confused with his mouth agape during the side-by-side videos of Trump answering questions posed by the moderators causing one CNN commentator to exclaim that “even though they are three years apart it seemed like they were thirty years apart” because Trump was so much more mentally sharp and alert than Biden was.

My first thought in seeing Biden’s performance was that I found myself wondering if his handlers deliberately failed to adequately medicate him perhaps to increase the chances, he would fail epically so they could replace him with a chosen successor like California Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) perhaps with Kamala Harris changing her state of residence so she could remain on the ticket as his vice-presidential running mate. Former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, whom I served as his Defense and Foreign Policy Advisor, seemed to be thinking the same thing, quipping during the debate that instead of pumping up Biden with drugs, it appeared “they gave Biden a lobotomy” prior to the debate because his performance was so embarrassing both to himself, but more importantly to the United States of America, who he purports to represent on the world stage.

The Biden Presidency is America’s Greatest Nightmare

This morning, 285 million Americans awoke to the by now undeniable, nightmarish reality that America has an irrational, out of control, mentally incapacitated, senile 81-year-old dementia patient in the White House with his finger on the nuclear button who is continuing to mindlessly and recklessly provoke Russia and China to catastrophically attack and very possibly destroy the US homeland with little to no warning. Biden's horrible debate performance highlighting his mental incapacity constitutes a huge green light for China to invade Taiwan this fall before the November presidential election because President Xi Jinping knows China will never have a better opportunity to do so than they have now with the US weaker than ever.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly warned the Biden administration to stop escalating its proxy war against Russia by authorizing Ukraine to use US missiles to target Russian territory and kill hundreds of Russian citizens including many civilians stating Russia May be forced to escalate to the nuclear level in response

The amazing this is that what America witnessed last night wasn’t Joe Biden at his worst. It was Joe Biden at his level best given that he had spent an entire week’s vacation from his job as President to go to Camp David to prepare for the debate and that he likely received the questions from CNN one week in advance, just as former DNC Chair Donna Brazille mentioned Hillary Clinton had in the run up to her 2016 debate with President Trump, allowing him to rehearse his answers. The Trump campaign has credibly suggested that Biden was likely pumped on Adderall to enable him to be more awake and alert though that is admittedly speculative in the absence of concrete evidence. Seeing him functioning at such a low level cognitively was enough to make one wonder how bad he is on a day-to-day basis interacting with world leaders!

Two years ago, Biden responding to a question about what he would tell Americans who doubt his mental and physical fitness to hold office he responded by saying, “Watch me.” Well, we watched Biden debate former President Donald Trump for ninety minutes uninterrupted with one liberal pundit describing it as “the worst debate performance in American history.” In a post-debate CNN poll of voters who saw the debate, over two-thirds of viewers responded that they thought Trump won.

Biden's debate was so disastrous that even our increasingly Sovietized state media who are paid millions to parrot Biden regime media propaganda lies are now saying it may be time for America's senile, octogenarian, wannabe dictator for life to go while senior Democrats have begun calling for Biden to drop out of the presential race. If Bidens post-debate poll numbers take a nosedive, senior Democrat leaders may feel compelled to stage a palace coup before the virtual Democratic presidential nomination next month to replace Biden with a younger and more mentally coherent presidential candidate. Not surprisingly, Politico is reporting that most congressional Democrats are urging Biden not to follow through with his planned second presidential debate with Trump currently scheduled for September 10^th with ABC News.

Biden’s Many Debate Lies, False Claims and Gaffes

Biden’s talking points were peppered with laughable claims and brazen lies, one of which was his false claim that he had created fifty million jobs when in fact American citizens have suffered a net job loss since he became President. Biden even claimed he spoke to all the D-day veterans who died when he went to France to celebrate the 80^th anniversary of the D-Day landings at Normandy that liberated France from the Nazis. That would certainly go far to explain all the times he has been videoed shaking the hand of what appeared to be an invisible, imaginary friend. While Biden falsely claimed during the debate that President Trump posed the greatest threat to democracy, liberal Democrat legal expert Jonathan Turley reported most Americans agree with former Democrat Robert F. Kennedy that Biden is a greater threat to democracy than Trump stating, ”What may be equally troubling for Democrats and the media is a poll that came out just before the debate that more wing-state voters see former President Donald Trump rather than President Joe Biden as protecting democracy.” The Daily Signal did a great job of fact-checking the claims of both candidates, pointing out that it wasn’t just Biden who made false claims but that Trump exaggerated a few times as well. Biden also had some laughable gaffes such as when he claimed America had “a thousand trillionaires.”

Democrats had to realize that their President’s performance was bad when Poland’s Foreign Minister  Radosław Sikorski  compared Biden’s refusal to step down from office to a Roman Emperor who he blames for the fall of the Roman Empire. Another Western diplomat said they didn’t like what Trump said about NATO “but at least we understood what he was saying.” International media was not any more forgiving with a Swedish broadcaster called Biden’s performance “near catastrophic” while French newspaper Le Monde” called Biden “a shipwreck.” But it wasn’t just America’s friends who witnessed Biden’s awful debate performance. America’s enemies were undoubtedly watching the debate last night as well seeing Biden so mentally and physically feeble, senile and dementia-ridden that he was unable to even navigate down a few stairs on the debate stage at the end of the presidential debate unaided by his wife. Our nuclear adversaries are seeing unprecedented weakness with Biden in the White House unable to fulfill his responsibilities as President. China will likely take advantage of the window of vulnerability presented by his presidency to retake Taiwan early this fall which could lead to a Third World War that could quickly escalate to the nuclear level which the US and its allies would have no hope of winning and a slim chance of surviving.

The US has not had a president this physically and mentally incapacitated since the last several months of FDR’s presidency but back then the US had the strongest military in the world with 15 million men under arms and was on the verge of developing nuclear weapons, so it didn’t matter all that much. By contrast, America has never been weaker militarily relative to our enemies than we are right now under Joe Biden. Under Biden’s leadership our nuclear adversaries have continued to multiply, grow stronger and draw closer together while Biden has continued unilaterally disarming the US of the weapons, we need to be able to fight a major war.

Time for Kamala Harris to Invoke the 25^th Amendment and Remove Biden From Office

After watching Biden’s feeble, meandering disastrous debate performance last night, it is clear that Vice President needs to invoke the 25^th Amendment without further delay to remove Biden from office for the good of the country not to mention to save the Democrat Party from a potential electoral disaster in November since the thought of Biden continuing to serve as President for the next seven months is beyond alarming and poses an unprecedented national security threat to the United States. She could do so by reaching an agreement with Biden’s Cabinet heads to keep them in power if they vote to remove him while allowing them to dominate all decisions relating to foreign and defense policy while she would take the lead in domestic policy matters including trade, the economy, taxes, immigration, social issues and environmental policy.  If she were the incumbent Democrat President with a new incumbent Vice President confirmed by the US Senate, she would likely face no opposition at the Democrat National Convention.

The 25th Amendment to the Constitution, which governs presidential succession, says that the vice president and a majority of the Cabinet may vote to declare a president “unable to discharge the powers and the duties of his office,” and give the vice president the duties of acting president. The Hill reports that even Uniparty Speaker and top Biden GOP ally Mike Johnson (R-La.) declared earlier today that members of Biden’s cabinet should be considering using the 25th Amendment to remove him from office in light of his weak debate performance Thursday night. Johnson was saved from being ousted several weeks ago in a Motion to Vacate filed by Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene in response to his betrayal in supporting Biden’s disastrous Ukraine aid bill by over 160 House Democrat votes so his call for Biden’s removal is clearly not partisan. He declared:

“There’s a lot of people asking about the 25th Amendment, invoking the 25th Amendment right now because this is an alarming situation. Our adversaries see the weakness in this White House as we all do. I take no pleasure in saying that. I think this is a very dangerous situation. I would ask the Cabinet members to search their hearts. I would be panicking too if I were a Democrat today and that was my nominee. I think they know they have a serious problem. But it’s not just political. It’s not just the Democratic Party. It’s the entire country. We have a serious problem here, because we have a president who, by all appearances, is not up to the task. And these are very dangerous times. This is a very serious moment in American history. And it needs to be regarded and handled as such. And we hope that they will do their duty, as we all seek to do our duty to do best for the American people.”

The Hill is also reporting that Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) stated this morning that he plans to put forth a resolution urging Vice President Harris to convene the Cabinet and declare President Biden unable to carry out the duties of President following his catastrophically poor debate performance last night. It reports that the announcement marks the latest fallout from the CNN debate between Biden and former President Trump, during which the incumbent tripped over his words and appeared to lose his train of thought, prompting panic among even his most loyal liberal Democrat allies. Rep. Roy wrote:

“I intend to put forth a resolution calling upon the Vice President to immediately use her powers under section 4 of the 25th Amendment to convene & mobilize the principal officers of the Cabinet to declare the President of the United States is unable to successfully discharge the duties and powers of his office,” He later added, “I think anybody with eyes and anybody observing objectively last night saw an individual that is not capable of carrying out the duties the commander-in-chief in a world in which we’re, you know, facing increasing dangers…For those of us who follow this stuff internally, it has been very clear the declining status of the of the capacity of the president, but last night put it all out for all to see. Our colleagues on their side of the aisle can’t hide from it.

Democrat Leaders Ready to Implement their Great Replacement Plan

Prior to the debate, it was reported that Democrat party bosses negotiated a deal with Biden to have this unprecedented pre-convention general election presidential debate to prove his competency with the understanding that if he passed the test, he would have an uncontested nomination but if he failed he would face calls for him to drop out replaced as the Democrat presidential nominee by someone younger and more physically and mentally capable. I think Biden genuinely believed that he could pass the test, but I think most Democrat leaders thought he might fail and have been planning for that contingency in the event it materialized. Now that he's failed, the knives are out, and the virtual nominating convention can be used to minimize the resulting chaos from an open convention. Democrat insiders will likely have their hand-picked consensus replacement candidate within a few weeks if they can push Biden out of the race. Following Biden’s awful debate performance all but guarantees Biden will order Trump imprisoned in a couple weeks either house arrest or in the murderous Riker Island state prison for the rest of the campaign. I think there is virtually no chance Biden will allow Trump to address the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee next month, which I will be attending as a delegate. The Supreme Court won't act to free Trump until the election is over. That of course is one of the main reasons why last night’s debate will likely be the last between Trump and Biden.

While its very unlikely, Haris will, in fact, invoke the 25^th amendment, there is a good chance at this point that senior Democrat leaders will ask Biden to drop out of the race. Since the White House is reporting this morning that Biden is refusing to drop out, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), who seemed to leave the door open to replacing Biden when asked earlier today, and former Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama would have to convince Jill Biden to convince President Biden to drop out of the race. He could pardon his son Hunter Biden for the felonies he was recent convicted of on his way out, even though he promised not to. Biden is so stubborn he is unlikely to be convinced to drop out by anyone but his own family. That said, it is worth noting that Jill Biden reportedly asked him not to run for re-election and he opted to anyway so even she might not succeed in convincing him though the unprecedented negative Democrat coverage of his debate performance might convince him otherwise.

However, I very much doubt they are willing to do what is necessary to save the Democrat Party if Biden refuses to leave the race willingly which would be for Schumer and Jeffries to threaten to convene a joint press conference on the steps of the Capitol with a couple hundred Democrats demanding Biden drop out of the race for the sake of the party which would likely force Biden to drop out with such a public vote of no-confidence by his own political party leaders. To avert this brewing intraparty crisis, Biden should announce he is dropping out of the race to spend more time with his family and endorse Vice President Harris as his chosen successor in time for the virtual Democrat nomination later next month due to the fact that replacing her on the ticker could cause black women a key constituency of the Democrat Party base to sit out this election. Either way, Kamala could excite the base by nominating a Democrat leader who is popular with the base like Gov. Gavin Newsom or even Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to give the Democrats an all-female ticket for the first time in US history or perhaps more likely choose Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to give Democrats the first ever gay vice-presidential nominee.  That would likely solidify her standing as the Democrat presidential frontrunner going into the nomination.

November 2024 Presidential Election Forecast

President Trump is currently leading Biden by ten points in one national likely voter poll and by three points in another for an average lead of 6.5 points, but Biden’s epic fail of a debate performance will likely cause Trump’s polling advantage to increase significantly over the next couple weeks. Vice President Kamala Harris is currently polling a little lower against Trump than Biden right now but that could change as a result of Biden’s debate fiasco. If the election were held today and it was free and fair, Trump would likely win a blowout victory against Biden, winning 33 states with 327 electoral votes to only 17 states and 211 electoral votes for Biden and these are based on pre-debate polls. More Trump favorable post-debate polls could potentially turn two to three more blue states red.

The above electoral map depicts the most likely election result if the presidential vote was held today and the election was free and fair.

Of course, Democrats still have the ability to steal the election for Biden but if Trump is leading him by 10-15 points the day before the election and the Democrats steal at least five or six states to eke out a win, the American people will know it was brazenly stolen and it could potentially spark a civil war. The map below represents my prediction for the November 2024 programmable Smartmatic voting software selection. Biden and the Democrats are all but guaranteed to steal multiple states from Trump allowing him to win all the states he won in 2020 plus Georgia which would give him 251 electoral votes which is a 19 electoral vote increase from the 2020 presidential election. It is possible, but unlikely, they would allow him to win Arizona as that would place him only seven votes away from an electoral tie which would be resolved by the GOP-led House of Representatives in his favor.

Meanwhile, the Democrats will likely steal control of both the House and Senate from the Republicans just as they did during the 2020 election. The Hill recently assessed Republicans have an eighty percent chance of winning control of the US Senate while they have a sixty-four percent chance of retaining control of the US House of Representatives and a 58 percent chance of winning control of the White House. I would think that their post-debate estimate of a Trump presidential victory will end up being substantially higher than that.

Nuclear War is on the Ballot

While it has often been said that every recent presidential election is the most important, this one really is the most important because right now we have a president whose reckless, dangerous and irrational policies are serving blow up the world and are threatening to blow up the US along with it.  Former US military intelligence officer Heather Kaiser wrote an excellent article earlier today on Peter Navarro’s substack  declaring that “nuclear war is on the ballot.”

The concept of the US preventing nuclear war used to be a bipartisan issue. Only one side and only one person is talking about stopping global nuclear war, and that person is President Trump. Whenever MAGA supporters speak to family members, friends, or others who are undecided voters, we must bring up the potential for nuclear war. Biden has proven that his strategy, or lack thereof, only leads to more escalation. Trump is the only world leader who is discussing backing the world off from the brink of destruction. Voting for President Trump is a vote against nuclear war with Russia. 

President Donald J. Trump has been warning that Biden’s foolish policy of fighting a proxy war against Russia in Ukraine for the past two years pledging to end the war in 24 hours if he is re-elected President.

By contrast, in September 2022 when the threat of nuclear war was at its all-time highest, President Trump offered to lead a US delegation to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine with Russia to save the US from the outbreak of World War Three. During the debate, Trump again underscored his commitment to meet with Putin directly during his first day in office to end the war while Biden continues to refuse to meet with Putin or do anything to de-escalate his manufactured war in Ukraine to prevent a potential nuclear conflict. President Trump would be wise to make this issue the centerpiece of his presidential campaign   

In response to Trump’s warning during the debate that under Biden the US is closer to the outbreak of a nuclear Third World War than we have ever been in history, Biden's mindlessly responded, "let Putin win and he'll not stop there, the other NATO countries will be attacked and then we'll have a war" ignoring the fact that he is fighting a war against Russia right now by using US troops to help Ukraine launch and US missiles against Russian territory and guide them to their targets.  Biden showed a disturbing level of ignorance when he claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin wanted all of Ukraine after which he would invade Poland and the Baltic states. Putin has told us everything he wants which is 22% of Ukraine’s territory as part of a peace agreement not just a temporary armistice. At the beginning of the war the NY Times just published a piece saying in March 2022 "Putin was salivating over the prospect of peace" with an agreement in which Russia agreed to withdraw from all prewar Ukrainian controlled territory. Putin definitely doesn't want to attack NATO or start World War Three because Biden has given him a million reasons to provoke Putin to attack us over the last two years and Putin has refused to retaliate against US attacks thus far. That said, I fear Putin’s strategic forbearance is nearly at an end and we won't know we have crossed Russia’s nuclear redline until we see mushroom clouds over Kyiv and NATO HQ in Brussels. If Democrats are unable to persuade Biden to drop out of the race, I am concerned he might start a hot war with Russia and/or China to give him a pretext to suspend the election. That's how far America's homegrown Communist Party is willing to go to stop Trump from winning and remain in power indefinitely.

A few days ago, Reuters reported that President Trump was presented with a promising peace plan to bring an end to the war in Ukraine, virtually identical to one I published back in October 2022, by two key advisers that would require Kyiv to sit down for peace talks with Russia or receive no further US weapons. LTG Keith Kellogg (USA Ret.) who served as Acting National Security Advisor to President Trump was one of the authors of the plan. He explained, We tell the Ukrainians, ‘You’ve got to come to the table, and if you don’t come to the table, support from the United States will dry up,’” Kellogg told the news agency. Under Kellogg and Fleitz’s plan, a ceasefire would be declared along current battle lines in order to allow the talks to progress, with the Kremlin promised that Ukraine’s application to join NATO would be postponed as a further enticement.

From his statements over the past couple of years, it is clear that President Trump wants peace, not World War Three like Biden does. Accordingly, the fate, not just of the US, but very likely the entire Western world rests on the outcome of the November 2024 presidential election. He would be wise to refocus one of the main themes of his campaign around stopping Biden from sleepwalking the US into an unnecessary nuclear war with the Sino-Russian alliance and saving America from nuclear annihilation with Biden too feeble and weak to have his nuclear finger on the button provoking our enemies to destroy the Western world in a flash of nuclear glory. Perhaps Trump should consider running a modern version of President Lyndon Johnson’s “Daisy” campaign ad in which he claimed that Senator Barry Goldwater would start a nuclear war if elected President. The ad could show Putin warning about using nuclear weapons against the US and its NATO allies if Biden keeps escalating his proxy war against Russia in Ukraine, followed by a mushroom cloud shown detonating over a US city. If Biden wins, the chances of America surviving his presidency will be very slim.
