Zelensky Stays in Power Past His Term Becoming an Illegitimate President

This action makes a mockery of Biden’s false claim that the US is fighting for “democracy” in Ukraine even while Biden authorizes the use of deadly force against President Trump

Last week, Zelensky commemorated his first day as an illegitimate presidential usurper as his term of office expired after he permanently cancelled Ukraine’s presidential election which Ukraine’s constitution mandated was to have occurred in March. Two years ago, he declared martial law, outlawing eleven opposition parties and forcing Ukraine’s two opposition TV networks to broadcast regime propaganda 24-7. Zelensky justified his decision to indefinitely suspend Ukraine’s presidential election, thus cementing what amounts to Ukraine’s first, albeit unofficial dictatorship, on the basis that martial law forbids him from holding democratic elections. However, as this article points out, that claim is false as the invocation of martial law only prevents new elections for the Supreme Council not for the President. Zelensky’s five-year presidential term of Volodymyr Zelensky expired on May 20, 2024. This means that on May 21, according to the constitution, he should have resigned and transferred his powers to the Marshal of the Supreme Council.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has once more re-iterated his willingness to negotiate an immediate end to the war in Ukraine but has now stated he is no longer willing to negotiate with Zelensky because future Ukrainian leaders would be under no obligation to adhere to the peace terms given the fact that Zelensky is now an illegitimate president. Under the Ukrainian constitution, with the office of President of Ukraine effectively vacant, Stefanchuk should replace Zelensky until new elections can be held. Putin has said he now recognizes Ruslan Stefanchuk, the chairman of the Ukrainian Rada, as Ukraine’s legitimate Acting President.

While defenders of Zelensky claim that it is not possible to conduct democratic elections during a time of war with part of Ukraine under Russian occupation, Ukraine had no problems holding presidential elections in 2014 and 2019 after Russia occupied Crimea. It could allow Ukrainian refugees to vote by mail in ballot. President Abraham Lincoln held a presidential election in 1864 during the height of the Civil War. FDR held one during the middle of World War Two in 1944 as well. So, it would not be insurmountable at all to hold a presidential election as defenders of Zelensky’s decision to formally end the façade that Ukraine is still ‘a democracy’ have suggested. Recent Polls show Zelensky would lose re-election by 23 points to his chief rival former Ukrainian Army commanding General Valery Zaluzhny, whom he sacked months ago to prevent him from challenging his stranglehold on power if he were to run again. So that likely explains why Zelensky indefinitely suspended the presidential election because he knows he would lose if he held them.

Often when I listen to Zelensky speak, he sounds so Orwellian because so much of what he says has no basis in fact and reality and is complete and total disinformation. I have been told that someone who met with Ukrainian legislators in the Rada has never seen legislators so fearful. They know the consequences for speaking out against the regime could be very dire. Ultimately, I think Zelenksy is essentially a brutish Soviet-style thug who rules along with Ukrainian oligarchs buying dachas, yachts and mansions using at least $400 million worth of embezzled US foreign aid money as reported by legendary reporter Seymour Hersch. The Biden administration appears to have no moral scruples in supporting such authoritarian leaders so long as they remain loyal US vassals and proxy leaders, supportive of further expanding America’s global empire.

In a dictatorship, if you speak out against the regime, you get prosecuted as “an information terrorist” and thrown in prison on fake corruption or treason charges as has happened to many of Zelensky's political opponents who were lucky enough to escape assassination or were unable to flee the country as his only declared presidential rival has done. This is exactly what happened to Gonzalo Lira, a US citizen who was arrested by the Ukrainian government for exercising his right to free speech and broadcasting a podcast articulating viewpoints about the war in Ukraine that the Zelensky regime disagreed with. Luna died in Ukrainian custody under suspicious circumstances shortly after his second imprisonment as a political prisoner.

As noted above, Zelensky has not limited himself to killing Ukrainian civilians, he has been targeting Americans and Europeans critical of his dictatorial regime as well. Back in July 2022, Ukraine has expanded its blacklist to include 35 “high profile” Americans in which I was included along with former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) and other patriotic Americans for daring to call for a negotiated peace agreement in which the Donbass would hold a popular referendum to decide whether to remain part of Ukraine or not. The Ukrainian disinformation agency which placed dozens of Americans on their blacklist is being funded by the US State Department.

While the Ukrainian government has not put me on its infamous Myrotvorets kill list for daring to support an end to Biden’s war in Ukraine, other Americans such as COL Douglas Macgregor have not been so lucky. There was also a Ukrainian assassination attempt against former Fox News host Tucker Carlson back in February. Does the Biden administration support the idea of Ukraine potentially assassinating US opponents of Biden’s war in Ukraine that happen to be supporting his presidential challenger Donald Trump?  We do not know for sure but the answer might very well be yes.

Of course, Ukraine has been attacking civilian targets inside pre-war Russia as well. Ukrainian forces have been conducting raids into Russia’s Belgorod oblast which have resulted in the deaths of dozens of civilians. In addition, there is significant circumstantial evidence to suggest the recent terrorist bombing of the Moscow suburb concert hall, which caused the deaths of 143 Russian civilians, was sponsored by Ukraine.

It was recently revealed that the shooter in the May 15^th assassination attempt against Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico was motivated to try to kill Fico due to his decision to oppose further aid to Ukraine, raising the possibility that the assassination attempt may have been sponsored by Ukraine though I have seen no evidence to prove that proposition to date. Thankfully, Fico is now in stable condition after being shot four times. Hopefully, he will be able to return to his Prime Ministerial duties soon given he has proven one of the few brave voices for peace among NATO leaders. This attempted assassination attempt was the first of an EU leader in nearly three decades. I wonder if European leaders are at all concerned about potential Ukrainian involvement in the attack, wondering if they dare oppose funding to the Zelensky regime they might suffer a similar fate.

Worse yet, Zelensky continues to attempt to provoke Russian nuclear escalation by attacking Russia’s nuclear bomber and naval bases and strategic nuclear missile early warning radars in the hopes that Russian nuclear use against Ukraine will force NATO to fight Russia directly in a war that could very well end with the nuclear annihilation of the US and its NATO allies. Accordingly, the US should ditch Zelensky, endorse Zaluzhny for President and demand he hold free and fair democratic elections before we give Ukraine one more red cent of taxpayer money. For those that argue that the US cannot pressure Zelensky to leave office or negotiate peace with Russia, we are told that America is the indispensable country and global superpower. Ukraine is America's vassal state/dominion. We are not theirs. Why should we support Biden continuing to subcontract US Russia policy to a country with a population less than ten percent the size of our own.

President Joe Biden authorized the overthrow of Ukraine's democratically-elected President a decade ago and his replacement with our hand-picked Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk so why not do it again given it is in the US national security interest to force Zelensky's resignation and replace him with a much more rational and popular Ukrainian military leader like Zaluzhny? We didn't consult the Ukrainian people when we overthrew Yanukovych so why would we need to do so now?

Zelensky has been shelling his own citizens since he came to power five years ago and has assassinated political opposition leaders using CIA-backed SBU (former KGB) death squads yet hilariously Biden continues to claim Ukraine is a democracy much like FDR and Churchill claimed the Evil Soviet Empire was a champion of democracy during World War Two. Isn’t staying in power past your term, jailing and assassinating your political opponents, and indefinitely suspending democratic elections the very definition of a dictatorship?  

Russia has reportedly put Zelensky on a list of wanted criminals. With Zelensky no longer being a legitimate head of state will Putin authorize attempts to take him out as he has already attempted to kill Ukraine’s SBU Director if he fails to accept Putin's offer of a permanent cease-fire to end the war, which he first offered nearly two years ago? While there have been some suggestions that Russia might try to take Zelensky out now that he is an illegitimate, unelected President but chances are one of his loyalists would replace him so it wouldn't really help Russia end the war all that much. Accordingly, I don't think it’s likely.

Meanwhile in other news, Ukraine’s new mobilization law has gone into effect causing Ukrainian men aged 25-26 to go into hiding to avoid the draft. Over 700,000 Ukrainian men fled Ukraine to avoid the draft at the beginning of the war and Ukraine has had much difficulty trying to persuade the nations in which they sought refuge to allow Ukrainian troops to kidnap them to force them into compulsory military service against their will knowing it might be a death sentence for them given Ukraine has lost 700,000-800,000 troops killed or wounded to date including at least 250,000 killed in action according to Ukraine’s former Prosecutor General. LTC Daniel Davis (USA Ret) recently reported news of some Ukrainian men who were killed at the front mere days after being drafted against their will, apparently without any military training whatsoever. Realizing this mortal danger, there have been reports of a number of Ukrainian men have been willing to risk being shot by Ukrainian Border Guards while attempting to flee the country to avoid compulsory services.

Biden Transforming US into Authoritarian State While Claiming to be Defending ‘Democracy’

Despite Zelensky’s increasingly sordid record on human rights, President Joe Biden continues to claim that the war in Ukraine is a global fight against autocracy in defense of ‘democracy’ even while Biden himself has been working overtime to transform the US from a God-given constitutional republic based on the rule of law to a lawless, one-party fascist police state. In Orwellian fashion, Biden has been waging a war against our democratic freedoms here at home all while laughably claiming to actually be defending it. In so doing, he and his far-left extremist Democrat colleagues appear to have redefined the word “democracy” to mean one-party Democrat rule in perpetuity much as Communists throughout the Communist bloc redefined it to mean one-party Communist rule in the so-called Democrat People’s Republic of Korea and elsewhere throughout the world.

Similarly, Biden is attempting to transform the US itself from a constitutional republic based on the rule of law into a lawless one-party fascist police state controlled by the Democrat Party in perpetuity by rigging the 2024 election, just as the Democrats stole the last two federal elections to ensure Republicans can never be elected to power ever again. Biden has been doing his best to import Russia’s authoritarian methods to the US, transforming the FBI into a carbon copy of the Russian FSB and pressuring his Attorney General to engage in a conspiracy to indict Trump on 91 bogus felony charges, without supporting evidence in an effort to rig the presidential election to ensure his re-election. It has become clear that Biden’s objective is not merely to imprison Trump for the duration of the 2024 presidential campaign but rather is to effectively imprison Trump for life in the hopes he will die in prison.

In the movie, Civil War, America breaks apart into four pieces after a US President, seemingly modeled on the left’s cartoonish and fanciful version of Donald Trump, stays past his constitutional two-term limit and bombs Antifa domestic terrorists presumably after they start an insurrection against him. At the end of the movie, the President is executed by former US troops who are shown smiling over his dead body like hunters would showcase a big game animal they had just shot. Needless to say, leftists across the US drew attention to the comparison and the movie was met with very little criticism for simulating the assassination of a rightwing Trump-like President.

Lest one believe that such a scenario is pure fantasy, it was revealed last week that Biden authorized the use of deadly force to potentially assassinate President Trump, First Lady Melania and their son Barron “if necessary” over a classified document dispute in which Trump kept classified documents in a secure location in his home, which could have resulted in firefights between FBI and Trump’s secret service agents.

According to an MSN article:

President Joe Biden’s Justice Department was prepared to use “deadly force” during the August 2022 FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s south Florida club and home, according to a report. New documents obtained and shared on the social media platform X purport to show agents were not only authorized to use their firearms at the Palm Beach Mar-a-Lago club owned by Trump but had staged medical personnel to treat anyone who might have been wounded.

No shots were fired when a search warrant was executed during the unprecedented Aug. 8, 2022, raid of the home of a former president during the beginning of the federal government’s classified documents investigation.

But the DOJ was apparently ready to open fire on anyone who stood in its way in what reads as though it could have been a Waco-like siege.

Julie Kelly with RealClear Investigations shared unsealed documents relating to instructions agents were given before they raided Mar-a-Lago.

One such document declared, "Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary …"

It added that agents “planned to bring ‘Standard Issue Weapon[s],' ‘Ammo,' ‘Handcuffs,’ and ‘medium and large sized bolt cutters,’ but they were instructed to wear ‘unmarked polo or collared shirts’ and to keep ‘law enforcement equipment concealed.’”

Another document shared by Kelly purported to show agents were told to be cautious that media cameras might be present.

It added that they should also prepare for a firefight with Trump and his Secret Service detail.

This is an incredibly shocking revelation that could have brought down a Republican President but because Biden is a Democrat the Biden regime media has refused to cover it. Both Biden and Garland knew that the use of deadly force or the use of any force against the Trump family was entirely unnecessary as he had previously allowed the FBI full access to his classified documents. The decision to use deadly force against President Trump and the former First Family is all the more shocking given America’s most corrupt President Joe Biden’s was found by Special Counsel Robert Hur to have committed far more egregious criminal offenses in keeping his classified documents at four different locations including in an office at the Biden Penn Institute which were located adjacent to his son Hunter’s office and the offices of their Communist Chinese business associates, where they could have easily copied the documents causing potentially severe and lasting damage to US national security. While Trump was subjected to a raid by a large number of well-armed FBI agents on his home that could have ended in death or serious injury for himself, his wife and/or his son, Biden was allowed plenty of advance notice to conceal or remove damning classified documents before permitting FBI agents to search and enter his residences.

Such an attempted Biden assassination of his main presidential rival would be the only thing separating himself and a murderous dictator, albeit one celebrated by the increasingly political violence supporting Democrat left, like Volodymyr Zelensky. I am going to go out on a limb and predict that our spineless and cowardly, Democrat appeasing, “see no evil” House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) won’t do anything to try to impeach Biden over this egregious offense. Undoubtedly, the Democrats as well as many Never Trump Republicans such as former House Republican Conference Chair Liz Cheney (R-WY) that will defend Biden’s use of deadly force against President Trump and his family if not cheer the news he authorized it. It appears our God-given constitutional republic for which over a million brave Americans sacrificed their lives has been lost without so much as a fight. To quote a Senator Padme Amidala from Star Wars Episode III, “So this is how democracy dies to thunderous applause.” Under President Joe Biden and Attorney General Merick Garland who have been hard at work transforming the FBI into a nascent, modern-day Gestapo to be used to prosecute, imprison, and even shoot the Biden regime’s political opponents, America is adopting the totalitarian methods of the Nazis we fought a world war to destroy scarcely less than eight decades ago.

To be sure, Biden is not the only one trying to overthrow our constitutional republican system of government and waging war on America’s democratic ideals. Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Miley, ordered the US Army to conduct wargames to forcibly remove President Trump from office in a military coup. In addition, to plotting to lead a coup to overthrow a democratically elected President in furtherance of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) objectives, Miley confessed to contacting his Communist Chinese counterpart and telling him he would warn China if the US planned to attack the PRC which could have led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of US military servicemen or perhaps even the deaths of tens of millions of Americans. Miley is a traitor pure and simple and deserves to be hung form a tree in my opinion. Normally, people try to hide their treasonous actions, but Miley continues to brag about his knowing there will be zero consequences just as there will be no consequences for Biden authorizing the assassination of President Trump and his family members.

While the Democrats warned us in 2016 that, if elected, Trump would become a dictator, refuse to leave office and start World War Three, none of which predictions ended up materializing, there is mounting evidence that Biden is planning to do exactly that. Shortly after Biden took power by undemocratic means, the US Army conducted training exercises in 2021 against hypothetical “freedom fighters” trying to help a Republican President who had won the presidential election take office against Democrat and military opposition, which was the first sign that the Biden regime was willing to use deadly force to stay in power if Biden loses the election as polls show he might. If the US were to find itself at war with Russia and/or China in October, mere weeks before the November 2024 presidential election and Biden was still running well behind Trump in the polls, would Biden suspend the presidential election indefinitely as Zelensky has done. Given his increasingly authoritarian record in office, I believe the answer is most likely yes.

Russian President Vladimir Putin who has been attempting to negotiate a compromise peace agreement with Ukraine since late February 2022 but Zelensky banned all peace negotiations in September 2022 and, with one exception, the Biden administration has refused to discuss peace forcing Russia to continue fighting the war. President Trump has promised to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine in 24 hours if re-elected president.

Putin Reiterates his Peace Offer Along the Current Line of Control

A Reuters article published last week confirmed that Putin offered to end the war in Ukraine with an armistice along the current line of control back in February, but Biden rejected it. This Russian peace offer has been on the table since September 2022 but Biden and Zelensky continue to falsely claim Putin doesn’t want peace when it is Zelensky that has banned all peace negotiations with Russia over the past couple years. Meanwhile, Biden has been engaging in a 27-month long diplomatic temper tantrum refusing to talk to Russia about Ukraine because Putin crossed his redline by invading Ukraine. Biden deliberately chose war when Putin offered to avert it in exchange for nothing but a piece of paper with Biden's signature on it back in December 2021. Since then, with the exception of his January 2023 offer to cede 20% of Ukraine to Russia in exchange for Putin dropping its demand Ukraine must never join NATO, Biden has demonstrated no desire whatsoever to end the war in Ukraine preferring to fight the war to the last Ukrainian in order to keep Ukraine as a de facto NATO member state resulting in a massive but totally avertable humanitarian catastrophe for Ukraine.  

Contrary to popular misconceptions, the war in Ukraine is not being fought over who controls eastern Ukraine but rather it is being fought over Russia’s attempt to overturn America’s successful attempt to expand its empire all along Russia’s western frontier by making Ukraine a NATO member and restoring its pre-February 2014 Maidan coup neutral status. That's why Biden refused Putin’s guarantee not to invade Ukraine in exchange for Biden issuing a written guarantee that Ukraine would never join NATO.

Before the war began, Russia repeatedly offered the West mutually acceptable solutions that were favorable to Ukraine with the Minsk 2 agreement in 2015, Russia's offer to return Russian troops to their bases on December 7, 2021 in exchange for a written guarantee Ukraine would never join NATO, again later that month with his US-Russia mutual security treaty and then most recently with his acceptance of Zelensky's peace offer in Istanbul on March 31st, 2022 which was vetoed by Biden. Had Trump still been president, he would have accepted Putin's December 7^th, 2021 offer, dropping Ukraine as a de-facto NATO member state and Russia would never have invaded Ukraine leaving Ukraine in control of 93% of its internationally recognized territory and with thirteen million more people.

President Trump did preside over worsening relations with Russia as President and was the first to send weapons to Ukraine which was a foolish decision which I criticized harshly at the time. Even by doing the Democrats bidding in sending arms to Ukraine for the first time, they still ended up impeaching Trump. Conservatives need to learn the lesson that you can never win by appeasing the far left, a lesson Biden Democrat collaborationist Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) apparently never learned. Congress forced Trump to impose harsher economic sanctions on Russia and Democrats derailed his visionary plans to negotiate a comprehensive peace agreement with Russia aimed at neutralizing its military alliance with the PRC by concocting the bogus Trump-Russia collusion hoax.

Some neoconservatives have called for the breakup of the Russian Federation just like the Soviet Union broke apart at the end of the Cold War despite the fact that eighty percent of Russia’s population consists of ethnic Russians. Of course, the West has no ability to break up Russia. They can't even stop Russia from conquering Ukraine. It is far more likely that Biden's war against Russia in Ukraine will end with regime change in DC and/or breaking up the US itself in the event he stumbles into a direct war with the Sino-Russian military alliance and they destroy the US and our NATO allies in a massive cyber and super-EMP first strike.

As was revealed by The New York Times in an expose published in February, the US had hundreds of US special forces and probably hundreds of CIA agents before Russia invaded Ukraine and they basically never left. They have been helping Ukraine pick the Russian targets to hit with US and NATO supplied missiles. The war in Ukraine is essentially a NATO-led war against Russia. Ukrainians are doing all the dying but NATO is supplying all the money, weapons, military advisors and intelligence Ukraine needs to fight the war while helping to direct which Russian targets to attack.

While Putin has been doing his utmost to try to contain the war to Ukraine and avert a direct war with NATO despite increasing provocations from the US, Zelensky has been doing his utmost to expand the war to pull the US and its NATO allies into a direct war with Russia, which would  trigger the outbreak of World War Three, an outcome which President Biden has repeatedly claimed with less and less credulity that he wants to avoid.

I think Putin plans to compel Ukraine' surrender by the end of October and after Biden gets re-elected, he will be ready to cut a deal with Putin that allows western and central Ukraine to remain in the US orbit while the eastern half of Ukraine either becomes a Russian-controlled buffer state or gets entirely annexed by Russia up to the Dnipro River line. I am working on a peace plan which I hope to publish soon which attempts to split the difference between Biden’s imperialist objectives to keep pushing NATO into Ukraine all along Russia’s western frontiers and Russia’s ongoing attempts to restore a buffer zone to protect Russia from further NATO aggression.

Russia on Track to Win War as it Begins New Offensive in Kharkiv Region

Russia has begun the prelude to what is expected to be its northern offensive in Kharkiv oblast succeeding in capturing a dozen Ukrainian towns and cities using only a single 2,000 man lightly armored motorized rifle regiment which I will discuss in greater detail in my next article. If Russia could capture a dozen Ukrainian towns in one week using only 2,000 troops imagine how many towns it could capture using the 200,000-300,000 troops it has in reserve on Ukraine’s borders in a northern Ukrainian offensive in the Kharkiv and Sumy regions.

Russia is reportedly planning to annex part or all of Kharkiv oblast including the city of Kharkiv itself which is Ukraine's second largest while reports indicate Russia is planning a general offensive not just in Sumy but also Chernihiv oblast as well which would place Russian forces back on the border of Kyiv oblast while a second Russian invasion of Kyiv from Belarus is also likely to materialize this summer.  This will reverse all of Ukraine’s gains from Russia’s unilateral military withdrawal from three northern Ukrainian provinces as well as the gains from their summer 2022 Kharkiv offensive while stretching Ukraine’s limited military manpower resources to a near certain breaking point and then Russian forces will pour into the breakthrough all the way to the Dnipro River. 

One of my favorite Russia experts who goes by the name of Simplicius is reporting that Putin may be planning to open up the Belarus front given Kyiv is only fifty miles from the border in order to force Zelensky to accept an armistice ending the war:

Interestingly, it is rumored that Yanukovich, Ukraine’s last legitimately elected leader, was brought to Belarus—for the first time since the start of the SMO. Another rumor even stated that the reason this particular trip to Belarus was so ‘heavy’, bringing the defense minister and many other figures, is because a new “front” from Belarus is in talks. This is obviously farfetched but not out of the realm of possibility: we know Russia may be planning a Sumy and Chernigov assault and now we see strange tidings from Belarus. It’s clear the hint is that Russia is preparing the ground for an amenable party to wrest control by way of military coup or otherwise and depose Zelensky. 

Even without a massive Russian offensive materializing yet in the north, Ukraine is reportedly losing 1,000 troops KIA per day (and probably another 1,500-2,000 wounded per day some seriously) with only 510,000 troops left and 100,000-150,000 more possible with their new mobilization. At that rate they could run out of troops by the end of the year after which Russian troops could occupy Kyiv and most of Ukraine's territory if necessary to get Ukraine to surrender. Ironically, Polish and Baltic leaders seem increasingly enthusiastic about fighting a direct war against Russia even though they would be the first countries to be occupied or destroyed in the event such a war materializes as they are located along Russia's borders. A NATO expeditionary force consisting of 50,000-100,000 British, French and Polish troops would not be sufficient to save Ukraine under such circumstances and as I have pointed out previously Article V of the Atlantic Charter would not apply to such an unauthorized out of area military force meaning that the US and its NATO allies would not be treaty bound to respond militarily if Putin decided to nuke them.

Putin appears to be conducting a purge of various Russian generals who are being arrested on corruption charges which is following Xi's purge of PLA military commanders last year in what appears to be a preparatory step for what he is anticipating may end up being a general war with NATO in the event French, British and Polish leaders make good on their threats to send troops to fight Russia directly in Ukraine. Belarussian President Lukashenko is predicting that Zelensky will be overthrown this year either by his own generals or by Russian occupation of Kyiv either one of which cannot be ruled out. One possibility is that former Ukrainian President Yanukovych who Russia has flown to Belarus to meet with Putin and Lukashenko could replace Zelensky in Kyiv to preside over an Eastern Ukrainian republic consisting of whatever captured Russian territory in central and eastern Ukraine that Putin decides not to annex.

Conclusion

As noted above, it is now painfully clear to all but the most willfully blind that the US is not fighting for democracy at all as democracy has not existed in Ukraine since March 2022 and that it is in the US national security interest to end the war with a Korean-style armistice along the line of control as soon as possible to prevent the outbreak of an unnecessary nuclear war with Russia over a country in which the US has no discernable security interest. Dr. Peter Pry, the late great Executive Director of the Task Force on National and Homeland Security, warned about in the year before his untimely death--that the US and NATO were playing with nuclear fire by fighting a proxy war against Russia in Ukraine. As I have been saying, the way we will know when World War Three starts is when the power goes out in the US and never comes back on again.

Russia has been telling us exactly what they want from us in Ukraine, but Biden has continually rejected it. The War in Ukraine could end tomorrow if Biden and Zelensky were to agree to key Russian demand of permanent neutrality for Ukraine outside of NATO. Putin has proposed peace negotiations resume based upon the Istanbul Accord, ironically written by Zelensky. Under such an agreement, Ukraine would reduce the size of its active duty army of Ukraine down to 85,000 troops while retaining a huge reserve force consisting of at least half a million men, limiting the range of its missiles to 40 KM, and reducing the numbers of its tanks combat aircraft and artillery systems while cutting all ties with NATO and closing all NATO military and spy bases and expelling all NATO troops.

The 85,000 troops limit and 40 KM maximum missile range limit Russia was close to getting Ukraine to agree to in March-April 2022 are almost exactly what I proposed in my March 2022 and June 2022 Russo-Ukrainian peace proposals. I believed would be the best possible agreement for Ukraine with a chance of getting Russia to accept at the time which nevertheless got me placed on Ukraine’s blacklist, proving Zelensky’s hostility to peace. Ultimately. Ukrainian leaders must realize that the only hope Ukraine has to achieve real security is by signing a peace agreement acceptable to Russia to take away all incentive for Russia to ever attack them again. The West has proven that its own security guarantees are worthless in terms of achieving Ukrainian peace and security without Russian assent.
