How Speaker Johnson Went from America First Hero to America Last Zero and Delivered a Massive Victory for Biden and the Deep State

Democrat Socialist House Minority Leader Hakeem Jefferies hands Mike Johnson the Speakers gavel in October 2023 likely not realizing that Johnson would end of being one of the best House Speakers for the Democrats in modern history in terms of enacting their far-left extremist domestic and foreign policy agenda.

April 30th Update-House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) has announced that House Democrats will vote to table any attempt to remove House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) to reward him for enacting virtually Biden’s entire far-left domestic and foreign policy agenda effectively killing Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene’s Motion to Vacate.

Last weekend, the US House of Representatives with the unanimous support of every far-left Democrat House member passed Biden’s foreign aid bill which included nearly $61 billion for the hopelessly corrupt, authoritarian Zelensky regime which has embezzled hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of US foreign aid money. Ukraine replaced BLM as the far left's cause célèbre in 2022--all because Ukraine engaged in election interference to try to elect Hillary President, gave $10 million in bribe money to the Biden crime family and Zelensky is implementing their woke Marxist agenda in Ukraine. This includes the hiring of 400 gender advisors in the Armed Forces of Ukraine according to an explainer circulated by Senator Mike Lee entitled “Speaker Johnson’s Warmonger Wishlist.”

Predictably, far left Democrat extremists in the House cheered the passage of the bill. The bill was supported unanimously by House Democrats but only received the support of 46% of House Republicans while the majority of House Republicans put America First as their Senate Republican colleagues did two months ago by voting against it.  The House Freedom Caucus came out strongly against Speaker Johnson’s attempt to ram through Biden’s far left foreign policy aid package but unfortunately was unable to stop it.

Passage of the bill represented a massive victory for President Joe Biden and a huge defeat for Trump conservatives. Johnson is a coalition Speaker in all but name now continuing to run up the score for the opposing team. Speaker Mike Johnson’s turn to the Deep State America Last Dark Side is now complete.

As the inevitable outcome neared, Democrats produced dozens of miniature Ukraine flags, waiving them and cheering “Ukraine!” jubilantly. Johnson approached the chair as the vote closed to the loudest applause of the day – and perhaps this entire Congress – from Democrats. “It is in violation of decorum to wave flags on the floor,” Johnson admonished Democrats, who cared little.

Arguably seditious Ukrainian flag waving House Democrats love Ukraine but hate America and are trying to do everything they can to destroy the US from within and without in support of the objectives of their Communist Chinese paymasters. It is subversive for the leaders of any country not just Biden and the Democrats to place their highest loyalty, fidelity and devotion to the perceived interests of a foreign power rather than its own especially when those perceived interests threaten the safety and security of over 300 million Americans as here. It's exactly what our Founding Fathers warned us not to do and House conservatives are calling them out on it.

Democrat leaders were all smiles as the Ukraine aid bill passed, knowing that they now have a GOP House Speaker in their back pocket doing Biden’s bidding on almost every issue they care about. Biden immediately endorsed the $61 billion Ukraine aid bill because it almost exactly mirrors the Democrat Senate Ukraine aid bill passed earlier this year. After the $95 billion Biden-Schumer foreign aid package passed, Johnson also appeared to celebrate the stunning Biden/Democrat victory over America First conservatives which Johnson was responsible for making happen.

One has to wonder whether the 101 House Republicans who collaborated with their Democrat allies to get this bill passed ever stopped to think that with 100% of far-left, socialist House Democrats are voting for the Ukraine aid bill it might be bad for America? House GOP conservatives voted overwhelmingly in opposition to the passage of the Biden-Johnson Ukraine bill supported by America Last Speaker Johnson and his leftist allies in both the Democrat and Republican parties. Here is the list of 112 brave America First heroes who courageously voted against Biden and his puppet House Speaker:

This vote demonstrated conclusively that America First conservatives are now a clear majority in the House Republican conference. However, of the five top members of the House leadership, only Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) had the moral courage to vote against the Biden-Johnson Ukraine funding bill, demonstrating how disconnected the House GOP leadership is from the positions of Republican voters, 71 percent of whom oppose further US aid to Ukraine according to a CNN poll taken in August of last year. The rest from Speaker Johnson on down are all America Last globalists and liberal Democrat fellow travelers. Conservatives should refuse to re-elect any of the 101 Republicans who voted for this Ukraine aid bill. It would be better for the GOP to have a conservative majority than a Biden-aligned neoconservative majority. Accordingly, it is now more imperative than ever that both House and Senate Republicans elect new conservative leadership that are more representative of Republicans across the country, a large majority of whom oppose this Ukraine aid bill and support peace with Russia so we can avoid a nuclear World War Three and save America!

When Speaker Johnson held the line in refusing to pass Ukraine aid until the border was secured, I praised him effusively as an America First hero and defended him from conservative attacks. However, when he meekly caved, surrendered and bent the knee to the woke liberal warmongering mob of Biden, Schumer and McConnell and company last week, he demonstrated a total lack of political courage and moral clarity in refusing to put America first and showed his moral cowardice in refusing to stand for what's right for America instead. In supporting this bill, Speaker Johnson betrayed conservative principles by doing Biden’s bidding in putting America Last and passing a bill that will get tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, more Ukrainians killed needlessly in an unwinnable war with Russia. Conservatives across the country are wondering what exactly was the point of ousting former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy when his replacement is even more of a Biden appeasing RINO than he was? Democrat leaders including former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi admitted that McCarthy would likely not have caved to Biden and his fellow far left Democrats on Ukraine aid as Johnson did but unlike McCarthy, Johnson has proven to be a House GOP leader that Democrats “can trust.” Johnson has completely squandered and fractured the hard-won and largely united House GOP majority that Speaker McCarthy built. The election of a more liberal speaker than McCarthy was exactly what I warned against when Rep. Matt Gaetz made what I referred to as his “Hail Mary” attempt to oust the most conservative House speaker in the last quarter century and tragically now months later my warning has been proven correct.

Other than aid to Israel which the House passed separately earlier this year, Johnson spent months expressing strong opposition to the Democrat Senate $95 billion aid package, because it did nothing to secure our southern border from what he himself admitted during a Fox News interview is an invasion by sixteen million illegals since Biden became President. Speaker Johnson repeatedly pledged to never consider foreign aid without first securing America’s own border. Then, last week he did an about face and broke his promise by going all out to ram Biden’s monstrous $95 billion foreign aid bill, virtually unaltered, down our throats despite the fact that it contained zero funding to secure America’s undefended southern border from this unprecedented invasion. Speaker Johnson even issued a rule that no border security provisions could be added to the Ukraine funding bill in flagrant violation of his own promises and commitments over the past few months in an attempt to prevent the addition of any poison pills which might enable House conservative to kill the bill.

Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) was interviewed on Breitbart News Saturday regarding the ongoing shock and drama surrounding Johnson, who replaced former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) after his ousting.

“I’ve never seen a bigger flip-flop in politics than what Mike Johnson has done after he repeatedly said, ‘No more money for Ukraine until we secure our own border,’ and today, he’s doing just the opposite and here, in a couple of hours, may go down to the floor and cast yet another vote against billions of dollars more for a foreign country, Ukraine, while our House Republican leadership has completely abandoned our border,” Banks said.

Banks said he does not have a good explanation for what happened to Johnson, noting that the speaker also chaired the Republican Study Committee, “the largest conservative caucus, and he put out balanced budgets, talked about fiscal responsibility, and yet, he oversaw the biggest spending bill in congressional history with earmarks for late-term abortions and transgender surgeries a few weeks ago.”

“I don’t know what got into him. I don’t know who got to him. I don’t know what got into him,” Banks said, explaining that the “excuse of going into SCIFs [sensitive compartmented information facilities] and hearing classified briefings doesn’t hold up because I serve on the Armed Services Committee, and I’ve heard all of the same briefings.” “I’m disappointed about it. I don’t have a good explanation. I don’t know why he’s doing this, but … it’s a big flip flop [and] a big disappointment for Republicans,” he added, discussing how Johnson essentially handed the speaker’s gavel to Democrats with this new arrangement.

“I thought it couldn’t get any worse after the omnibus spending bill with the biggest price tag in American history and earmarks for late-term abortion facilities. I thought it couldn’t get worse than that, but this, this takes the cake,” he said of Johnson’s flip-flop.

“Another $60 billion for Ukraine without securing our border after we said over and over and over and over and over again that we weren’t going to do that,” Banks continued, noting that he does not know what lies ahead.

“I’m afraid of it. I mean, I’m afraid of what Mike Johnson might do next after he’s gotten away with this. And it’s not just him. It’s — the Republican leadership team in the House has allowed this to happen. So we have the rank-and-file members like myself — conservatives in the House have to hold them accountable and make sure that nothing like this happens again before we get a new majority and, hopefully, elect a different speaker and have Donald Trump in the White House,” he added.

Rep. Jim Banks continued his critique of Speaker Johnson stating:

“Mike Johnson has handed the speaker’s gavel over to the Democrats and said here, you guys take control. I mean, that’s there’s no other explanation for it. As you said, it was one thing when the Democrats carried the rule out of the rules committee, but there were more Democrats who voted for the rule on the floor of the House than the Republicans because I think 55 of us on the Republican side, roughly 25 percent of us in the House in the Republican Conference voted against the rule because we know this is betraying the voters who gave us the majority to begin with,” the Senate hopeful said, explaining that conservative members have been saying for years that the United States border must be secured before giving more aid to Ukraine.

“And then our Republican Speaker does exactly the opposite of that. I mean, I’m beside myself. I can’t believe he did it. I don’t have a good explanation for why he did it. But the fact of the matter is, he’s turned the majority over to the Democrats and at this point I don’t know the difference between Nancy Pelosi and Speaker Mike Johnson. I mean, nothing, nothing that this guy has done is any better than what Nancy Pelosi did. So it’s deeply disappointing,” he said, noting the possible dangers moving forward, as any ousting attempt could be extremely tight because Republicans have just a one-seat majority.

Increasingly autocratic President Joe Biden and corrupt Ukrainian dictator Volodymyr Zelensky share a hearty laugh during one of Zelensky’s visits to the White House to demand the US cough up tens of billions of dollars more in assistance to Ukraine.

Breitbart interviewed Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) who pointed out that Speaker Johnson violated the Hastert Rule in passing the Ukraine foreign aid bill which provides for a $61 billion Biden slush fund for Ukrainian dictator Volodymyr Zelensky and his fellow corrupt Ukrainian oligarchs who have already embezzled nearly half a billion dollars’ worth of US foreign aid that we know of, which says that any bill that comes to the House floor must first have the support of a majority of the House majority party members. Ultimately, Biden’s manufactured war in Ukraine is little more than a border war between two Eastern European dictators, the outcome of which the US has no discernible national security interest.

With this vote, Speaker Johnson’s has made it clear that his top priority is to help Ukraine defend its borders against Russia with $61 billion. His second priority is to help Israel fight its war in Gaza. His last priority is to give $2 billion (actually much less) to Taiwan to help it defend against Chinese aggression and given the fact he has voted for zero dollars to defend the US southern border against invasion by sixteen million illegal immigrants (by Johnson’s own admission on Fox News) including 100,000 Chinese Special Forces and Airborne troops I think we can safely assume that defending US national security interests doesn't even make his priority list at all.

This monumental betrayal by Speaker Johnson shows that America First conservatives have no voice in the federal government today and that an unholy alliance of Biden, Democrat socialist and leftwing America Last Republicans now control not just the White House but both Houses of Congress. Needless to say, the fact that Speaker Johnson has come out of the closet as a Biden sock puppet, mindlessly parroting all of Biden’s deceptive America Last propaganda talking points on Ukraine and other issues and continually sticking conservatives in the eye by enacting Biden’s far left authoritarian domestic policy agenda and America Last foreign policy agenda will likely have a massive demoralizing effect on the GOP’s conservative base. I predict that this vote will likely torpedo GOP chances of taking back control of the White House and the Senate and will probably cause the GOP to lose control of the House of Representatives as well and Speaker Johnson will bare principal blame for our 2024 electoral defeat.

Why Johnson Surrendered to Biden and the Democrats on Ukraine Aid

The question is why did Johnson, who has opposed every previous Ukrainian aid package, decide to do a 180 degree turn and start championing Biden’s Ukraine aid bill? Some conservatives have speculated that Biden or someone else must be threatening him with compromising material to blackmail him into doing his bidding to avoid the embarrassment of having it leaked to the public. Without a doubt, Johnson has received threatening and obscene messages from Ukrainians as I have just for supporting peace in Ukraine. Zelensky himself was threatened when the neo nazis put his wife on Ukraine kill list in 2019 or 2020 to pressure Zelensky to abandon his campaign promise to implement Minsk II and achieve a permanent peace with Russia. However, I don’t think Johnson’s flip flop on Ukraine funding was due to blackmail.

The Blaze speculates why Johnson flipped to the Deep State America Last globalist dark side, saying Johnson likely was given top secret briefings by the Biden regime as part of the US intelligence agencies’ disinformation warfare campaign that if the US didn’t send $61 billion to Ukraine, Putin would invade NATO and China would invade Taiwan leading to the deaths of tens of thousands of US troops. Immediately after the bill’s passage on Saturday, he excused his flip flop on the Ukraine war issue by saying that following intelligence briefings, he came to “believe the intel” that without the “lethal aid,” “Vladimir Putin would continue to march through Europe if he were allowed. I think he might go to the Baltics next. I think he might have a showdown with Poland or one of our NATO allies.”

In an interview with Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk earlier today, House Freedom Caucus member and former US Navy SEAL Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ) says Johnson has “an integrity problem” because he has proven dishonest and untrustworthy in breaking his promise to his fellow House GOP conference members, not to mention his fellow Americans. He said we desperately need a leader with moral courage, and we don’t have one right now. Crane stated that the Biden intelligence briefers told him that if there is a terrorist incident on US soil that could have been prevented through FISA intercepts that killed Americans their blood would be on his hands. He said that is likely what US intelligence told Johnson with regards to their false claim that failure to send Ukraine aid would help Putin conquer Ukraine and then invade NATO causing the deaths of tens of thousands of US troops.

Johnson was duped into supporting Biden’s manufactured war in Ukraine the same way House Majority Leader Dick Armey was duped by Bush intelligence briefings into voting to authorize Bush’s manufactured war in Iraq in 2002, believing that Bush’s false claims that Iraq still had chemical weapons that he planned to share with Islamic terrorists were real when in fact they were totally false. In 1990, President George HW Bush led the way in showing how intelligence could be politicized to support US involvement in wars in opposition to US national security interests when he falsely claimed US intelligence showed that Iraq was deploying its army along its border with Saudi Arabia poised to invade it. Warmongering Presidents have been politicizing the intelligence services to serve their nefarious America Last globalist aims ever since.

In stating his belief that if the US didn’t send $61 billion in aid to Ukraine, then Putin will win the war and then invade NATO after Ukraine surrenders, he was mindlessly parroting a Biden regime talking point that has been repeated by Democrats and Biden’s leftwing allies in the GOP ad nauseum. Johnson said he believes the Biden intelligence briefings which told him that if Russia defeated Ukraine, Putin would then invade the Baltics and/or Poland and start a war with NATO, a claim which has zero basis in fact. Russia does not want to annex any additional Ukrainian territory. They just want Russia to return to its pre–Feb 2014 Maidan coup neutral buffer state status. Davyd Arakhamia, who led the Ukrainian negotiating team at the Istanbul talks, revealed that Russia was “prepared to end the war if we…committed that we would not join NATO.”  NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg recently stated that a “promise [of] no more NATO enlargement… was a precondition for not invading Ukraine.” When NATO refused to discuss such a promise, Putin “went to war to prevent NATO—more NATO—close to his borders.” Stoltenberg concluded that “Putin invaded a European country to prevent more NATO.”

Johnson had held up the Senate Ukraine aid bill until the day after the Iranian missile attack on Israel, apparently in the belief that the Iranian attack was part of a united act of aggression in three theaters by a purported, new Axis of Evil consisting of Russia, China and Iran (strangely North Korea is never mentioned). The Biden administration and their neoconservative Republican allies want us to believe that Russia is an inseparable member of this new evil alliance against America to help them defeat any efforts to end Biden’s proxy war against Russia in Ukraine and greatly improve relations with Russia to enable us to neutralize its increasingly close military alliance with the PRC.  Johnson then said he has a son who will be attending the US Naval Academy this fall and doesn’t want to see him sent to fight a war with Russia which is ironic because it is Biden and Johnson’s blank check of military support that is most likely to provoke Russia from attacking and destroying the US and its NATO allies. On the other hand, if the US were to cut off aid to Ukraine and support a negotiated peace settlement then Russia would have no reason to feel the need to attack NATO at all.

Speaker Johnson’s decision to flip to Biden’s side on the Ukraine aid package might be more understandable if Ukraine were in fact a bastion of freedom and democracy. However, Ukraine ceased to be a democracy after President Volodymyr Zelensky declared martial law in March 2022, banned eleven opposition parties, nationalized both opposition TV networks forcing them to broadcast Ukrainian war propaganda twenty-four seven and began utilizing CIA-trained and funded Ukrainian SBU secret police death squads to imprison and/or assassinate his political opponents. Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson recently interviewed Bob Amsterdam, a religious rights activist who has traveled to Ukraine many times. Amsterdam exposed the fact that the idea that Ukraine is a democracy is a complete farce and that the US taxpayer funded corrupt Zelensky dictatorship continues to send the Ukrainian secret police to brutally suppress both political opposition and the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. He reported that the passage of the $61 billion in the House has greenlighted the Ukrainian government to actually increase its attacks on Christians and taking away their religious freedoms. He said even though he is banned from going to Russia for supporting the opposition to Putin and even though he supported the $61 billion aid package to Ukraine, he was followed by the Ukrainian secret police wherever he went, and he has never seen legislators more intimidated and fearful than the Ukrainian Rada likely because the CIA has funded SBU death squads to assassinate Ukrainian political opposition leaders.

Chronicles issued a good critique of Johnson’s betrayal of conservatives in which he lamely argued the House Democrat minority forced him to pass a bad Ukraine aid bill ignoring the fact that no bill could have passed without his support!

“While Speaker Johnson inherited a majority forged by former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) and built upon the foundations of Speaker Gingrich’s majority party mentality, Johnson appears to have forgotten the lessons that made it possible: namely, that the GOP represents the views of a majority of Americans. Thus, in his initial defense of his flip-flop on Ukraine funding, Speaker Johnson argued:

Even though it’s not the perfect legislation—it’s not the legislation that we would write if Republicans were in charge of both the House, the Senate, and the White House—this is the best possible product that we can get under these circumstances.

What circumstances? Johnson is the speaker because Americans filled a majority of House seats with Republicans. This is not a cause for timorous politics. It is reason to exhibit political leadership. After all, the House controls the power of the purse; and Ukraine funding is an appropriation. Nevertheless, his minority party mentality has caused him to diminish the power of the GOP House majority and its powers. Johnson surmised that because the Democrats control the White House and the Senate, the GOP House majority must preemptively surrender.”

“I’d rather send bullets to Ukraine than American boys,” Johnson told Newsmax. “We don’t want to have boots on the ground, and we can prevent that by allowing them to hold Putin at bay.”

If President Biden and his dismal, discreditable administration were ever to use the threat of deploying American troops to leverage tens of billions of dollars more in taxpayer aid to Ukraine, Republicans ought to allow the shame to be on them. Instead, by parroting Biden’s despicable talking point, the shame is even more on Speaker Johnson and any Republican echoing it.”

In fact, the US already has troops in Ukraine, something he should have known as Speaker of the House and we know that several Americans have been killed in combat during the past two years of war in Ukraine.  

While I strongly opposed the ouster of Speaker Kevin McCarthy who had been the most conservative House Speaker since Gingrich, I cheered the election of House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA). I loved the fact that he presented himself as a strong Christian conservative and had put America First by opposing all support for Biden’s manufactured war against Russia in Ukraine. I thanked God that he had given America a moral conservative leader of the House at a time when every other elected leader seems to be collaborating in Biden’s effort to destroy America. But after he became Speaker he began equivocating almost immediately with regards to his previously held conservative principles. On issue after issue whether it was forcing through all of the liberals top budget priorities with his support of the two Minibus bills which gained overwhelming Democrat support but was opposed by most House Republicans, dropping his opposition to warrantless FISA searches of Americans which has been used by the weaponized FBI to prosecute and make thousands of Christians and Trump supporters political prisoners Johnson has been unconditionally surrendering to the Democrats.

For months, I attempted to defend him on everything other than his budget surrender to the Democrats. However, following his decision to engage in an unholy alliance with Biden and far left Democrats in Congress to pass this $95 billion foreign aid bill and the FISA bill allowing warrantless searches against law-abiding Americans, I could defend him no more. Johnson has ceased to be a GOP Speaker, becoming instead is a uniparty speaker, duped by Biden’s Deep State intelligence agencies into believing the Biden regime propaganda line on Russia and Ukraine. Since becoming House Speaker, Mike Johnson has repeatedly sold-out conservatives and spearheading the passage of virtually Biden’s entire authoritarian domestic policy and America Last foreign policy agenda in one of the greatest acts of appeasement and unconditional surrender to far-left Democrats we have seen from a House GOP Speaker in modern history.

A Breitbart article explains how Speaker Johnson allowed his America Last neocon Chief of Staff to persuade him to abandon his conservative principles and side with Biden instead on a host of issues, most importantly prolonging Biden’s manufactured war in Ukraine in flagrant opposition to US national security interests.

“Johnson’s policy director, Dan Ziegler, was–until he joined the Speaker’s office as his top policy aide when Johnson won the Speakership last year–a lobbyist with the firm Williams & Jensen. He had previously worked for Johnson in other capacities, but left Johnson to become a lobbyist and accumulated a client list that included several top companies–some of which seem to have a financial interest in seeing Congress pass Ukraine aid. The Speaker’s top two advisers, Policy Director Dan Ziegler and National Security Adviser Josh Hodges, are per multiple sources familiar with the matter, the top two aides within the Speaker’s office intently pushing him to flip-flop on Ukraine aide. Before Johnson became Speaker, Johnson voted against $47 billion designated to defend Ukraine’s border.” 

House Speaker Mike Johnson met with former President Donald Trump earlier this month where Trump proceeded to give the America Last Speaker a full-throated endorsement declaring Johnson was “doing a very good job!”

Trump Flips from Opposition to Support for Biden’s $61 billion Ukraine aid package

After calling GOP Senators to personally urge them to vote against the Ukraine aid bill in the US Senate in February, Trump appeared to greenlight passage of the same bill in the House this past week appeared with Speaker Johnson in Mar-a-Lago and declared that Johnson was “doing a very good job” even though Johnson has come out of the closet as a Deep State, America Last, Mitch McConnell uniparty clone. After the bill passed, Trump uncharacteristically refrained from criticizing it, only complaining that our NATO allies were not sending nearly as much money to Ukraine as the US was. In a radio interview earlier this week, Trump again praised America Last Speaker Mike Johnson for Ukraine aid bill effectively torpedoing MTG's bid to oust him before its even started. Meanwhile, the chief neocon warmonger in the US Senate, Lindsey Graham (R-SC) praised Trump on Fox News Sunday on April 21^st saying that the Ukraine aid bill would not have passed the House without Trump’s support.  

Trump’s decision to tacitly support the Ukraine aid package is remarkable considering the fact that as Senator Vance has noted, the Biden REPO for Ukrainians Act, which was approved as part of the $95 billion foreign aid bill, bill is intended to be used by Democrats and their Never Trumper GOP allies in Congress to tie Trump’s hands and prevent him from being able to keep his promise to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine with Russia or else face impeachment. This  bill will further the collapse of the dollar as the world's reserve currency, weakening the US both financially and economically in furtherance of CCP objectives all to confiscate a measly $5 billion in Russian bank funds in the US. It was Biden's decision to cut off Russia’s SWIFT access that caused a great many countries to abandon the dollar massively reducing the dominance of the US dollar while massive sanctions against Russia caused the US economy to become more recessionary. So Biden’s proxy war against Russia in Ukraine has been very bad for the US both financially and economically while Russia’s economy continues to grow at a much faster rate than the US or any of its NATO allies.

The $95 billion aid package includes a number of other harmful provisions as well including the so-called “21^st Century Peace through Strength Act.” While this bill mandates the sale of Chinese intelligence gathering tool Tik Tok, Elon Musk and many conservatives have warned gives Biden authoritarian powers to shut down any websites or platforms he doesn't like under the pretext that they threaten US national security. Truth Social could be one of Bidens first targets under the new law. One would think that Trump would be opposed to both provisions which threaten his ability to get his message out, his profits and even his prospective future Presidency. 

Breitbart is reporting that the bill includes a $3.5 billion mass Middle Eastern immigration NGO slush fund which the Biden administration intends to use to “supercharge” the immigration of tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of potentially pro-Hamas terrorist Muslims from the Middle East to the US where they could support the far left pro-Hamas extremist riots that are destabilizing some of America’s largest cities.  Trump would presumably oppose that as well. No wonder, far left Democrats in Congress were in such a celebratory mood following the bills passage! Watching their reaction to passage of the Ukraine bill in the House while waving the flags of a foreign power, it reminded me of Senator Amadala's quote in Star Wars Episode III "so this is how freedom dies-to thunderous applause."

Politico published an article detailing how Speaker Mike Johnson allied with President Biden, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Senate Minority Leader Mitch to effectively lobby, “manage” and “neutralize” President Trump on the Ukraine issue after Trump has spent the last two years courageously opposing Ukraine aid packages, which have served to needlessly prolong Biden’s manufactured war in Ukraine in opposition to US national security interests, at the cost of nearly $200 billion and a far worse humanitarian cost to Ukraine itself. The article reports:

The two Senate leaders and the Biden White House developed surprisingly solid relationships with Johnson, who had to overcome his own history of opposition to Ukraine funding as a rank-and-file member to even allow a vote to come to the floor — plus a daily threat to his job security. McConnell steadily found common cause with Johnson, who “neutralized the former president on this issue,” in McConnell’s words, by appearing with Trump earlier this month and tweaking the bill. “That changed everything,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), who voted against the initial Senate bill but flipped his vote for the final legislation. Biden directed his senior aides to employ a two-pronged strategy: privately make clear to Johnson the stakes for Europe and the rest of the world if Russian President Vladimir Putin claims Ukraine, leaning heavily on intelligence — and lay off attacking the new speaker. Counselor to the President Steve Ricchetti spoke to Johnson regularly in the month before the bill neared the president’s desk and served as Biden’s conduit to Jeffries, too.

In another article entitled, “How Mike Johnson is Taming Trump,” Politico reported on how Johnson and his fellow America last neocon GOP allies employed a full-court press to persuade Trump not to oppose the Biden-Schumer Ukraine funding bill employing calculated and deceptive arguments to sway him much as Trump’s Deep State senior advisors succeeded in doing on a number of important issues when he was President.

It may seem hard to square the congressman who, only in September, opposed $300 million in Ukraine aid with the one who put his career on the line to deliver $61 billion to the battered country. By spring, Johnson was sounding more like Dick Cheney than Rand Paul. Trump was neutralized — to use the term one House Republican wielded from the comfort of background — with the same tactic used to great effect when he was in the Oval Office: overwhelming force. GOP lawmakers, former cabinet officials, retired military and foreign leaders made an aggressive case to Trump not to come out against Ukraine aid. Oh, and they deployed flattery and played to their target’s self-interest. Johnson himself, who visited Mar-a-Lago earlier this month and is talking with Trump on the phone more frequently, was part of a cadre of Republicans telling the former president the fall of Kyiv and a subsequent Russian occupation would mean Trump would take office in January to a crisis overseas, according to a Republican familiar with their conversations. Meanwhile, GOP hawks like Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) were frequently in Trump’s ear and lawmakers like McCaul worked to get former generals Trump respects, such as Jack Keane, to make the pro-Ukraine case to the former president. Trump, in other words, was managed. And it may be a preview of what’s to come, should he win again and, once again, appoint hawkish national security officials who know how to overcome his isolationist instincts.

Before the vote, Johnson tried to build support by noting the Ukraine aid bill incorporated Trump’s idea to make the aid a loan. While the bill includes a loan provision for a small percentage of the Ukraine aid package, the bill gives Biden the authority to waive it. Accordingly, the Ukraine aid bill is essentially a grant that will never be repaid by Ukraine much like our $11 billion in so called Lend Lease direct military aid to the Evil Soviet Empire during World War Two.  It's essentially nothing more than international welfare assistance paid for by hardworking Americans like you and me. With the passage of this bill, US aid to Ukraine stands at over $190 billion. If you take the total amount of US aid authorized for Ukraine and divide it by 306 million US citizens, it would be $627 per citizen. A better comparison to show the disparity in the priorities of America Last politicians in both parties between securing Ukraine and securing America might be to divide the total amount of US aid by the number of Ukrainian citizens remaining in Ukraine. That would be $6,857 per Ukrainian. By contrast Biden only gave $700 to each Maui fire survivor.

Foreign aid is unconstitutional but most of the time it's also in opposition to US national security interests especially as is the case here where it’s basically giving a blank check to Ukraine and Israel to fight regional wars, either one of which could escalate into a world war with little to no warning, indefinitely. In the case of Ukraine US foreign aid has prolonged a war which Ukraine basically won in March 2022 with Putin’s offer of a full Russian military withdrawal in exchange for Ukrainian neutrality and has transformed it into a major loss for Ukraine with the loss of 38% of its population, 18% of its territories (versus only 7% under the March 2022 peace agreement), 30% of its GDP and over half a million dead and seriously wounded bringing Ukraine every closer to military collapse threatening a potential Russian occupation and annexation of 45% of Ukraine. Worse yet, neocons colluding with every single one of the far-left Democrats in prolonging Biden's manufactured war in Ukraine is provoking Russia to attack the US and NATO directly and annihilation the western powers with a couple of super EMP warheads which they might actually do if Biden defends Taiwan militarily.

America First Conservative Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is leading the conservative resistance to America Last Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) in the House of Representatives with her threatened Motion to Vacate.

Would Johnson Survive a Motion to Vacate?

Johnson has proven to be a very weak and ineffectual House Speaker, accomplishing very little in terms of a conservative agenda and he has made a conscience decision to channel his inner John Boehner, align with far-left extremist President Joe Biden, Sen. Mitch McConnell and the Deep State and be a thorn in the side of Trump and House conservatives he once aligned with. His decision to ally with Biden and the Democrats against conservatives has sparked a veritable civil war within the House GOP Conference.

The Hill reported on the vehement conservative opposition to Speaker Johnson’s decision to make common cause with Biden and congressional Democrats to pass the Ukraine funding bill:

“[The conservative base] is absolutely done with Republican leadership like Mike Johnson, who’s totally sold us out to the Democrats,” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) declared Monday, adding that the Speaker has “betrayed everyone” and that he must be “held accountable” via a motion-to-vacate push.”

“Speaker Johnson keeps saying, ‘We’re on the same team, knock it off, please stop this.’ But he’s not actually doing anything to stop it,” a Republican staffer told The Daily Signal. “Now, Austin Scott, one of the guys who started this civil war on the primary campaign trail, is put on the Rules Committee. The speaker isn’t ending the war, he’s escalating it by rewarding people going after conservatives.” “Conservatives were appealing to the speaker to end the civil war before it got out of hand,” a Republican member told The Daily Signal. “And when he refused to, we let everyone know that we’re not going to take all the casualties.”

Following the vote to pass the Rules package to allow the passage of the Biden-Schumer $95 billion foreign aid package, a third House GOP member, Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) announced he would join Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) in co-sponsoring Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Motion to Vacate Speaker Johnson. Gosar stated:

“Yet rather than spending the resources to secure our southern border and combating the invasion of 11 million illegals and despite repeated promises there would be no additional money going to Ukraine without first securing our border, the United States House of Representatives, under the direction of the Speaker, is on the verge of sending another $61 billion to further draw America into an endless and purposeless war in Ukraine. I have added my name in support of the motion to vacate the Speaker.  Our border cannot be an afterthought.  We need a Speaker who puts America first rather than bending to the reckless demands of the warmongers, neo-cons and the military industrial complex making billions from a costly and endless war half a world away.”

Even if Johnson survives a Motion to Vacate brought to the floor by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), it is very difficult to see Johnson getting re-elected Speaker in November even in the unlikely event the GOP is able to retain control of the US House of Representatives and there are a growing number of House GOP leaders including House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA), House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), and House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN) that appear to be interested in challenging him if he runs for re-election.

Following the passage of the Biden regime's $95 billion foreign aid monstrosity which had $61 billion to defend Ukraine's borders but not a single penny to defend America's southern border from invasion by 16 million illegals during the past three years alone, America First conservatives in the House are working on building support to oust America Last RINO Speaker Johnson later this week but Trump’s support of Johnson and his seeming greenlight for Biden’s $61 billion Ukraine aid package may prevent them from bringing a Motion to Vacate at all and even if they so House Minority leader Hakeen Jeffries has suggested that House Democrats would reward Johnson for bending the knee to President Joe Biden and his far left Democrat allies by voting to table the motion if it is brought to the House floor.  

Politico reported on the furor caused by Speaker Johnson’s betrayal among House GOP conservatives:

"I’m so furious,” said Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.), who took particular issue with House Democrats waving Ukrainian flags on the floor as that aid bill passed. “This whole bill package is an absolute sham and disgusting, and I blame speaker Mike Johnson for that bill even being on the floor.” “I will never support Speaker Mike Johnson as speaker again. That’s for certain,” she added. The vote on Ukraine became so contentious that some Republicans, also taking umbrage with the Ukraine flags on the House floor, started to boo them. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) ran up to a microphone to tell her colleagues across the aisle: “Put those damn flags away.” Still, Johnson is in a precarious position. If Greene triggers a vote, he will need Democrats to protect him. And even if they do, the GOP rebels could try to oust him multiple times, forcing the minority party to decide if they would continue to save him. Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas), who flirted with trying to oust Johnson earlier this year, declined to say how he would handle an ejection attempt, but didn’t pull punches on Johnson’s handling of the foreign aid package. “The votes today were a disaster,” he said. “There are a lot of people around the country who are very frustrated with what transpired this week.”

Ultimately, however, I believe Trump will prevail upon Rep. Greene not to make her Motion to Vacate a privileged motion and even if she did I believe Johnson has made a deal with his liberal  Democrat allies to table a Motion to Vacate to save his Speakership in exchange for selling out his conservative principles and doing their bidding, something they refused to do for former Speaker Kevin McCarthy who governed as a more conservative House Speaker not because he was America First but because he honored most of his promises to House conservatives which Johnson has not. If Democrats save Johnson from being ousted, he would become America's first modern-day coalition House Speaker.

Why We Must End the War Now to Save America and Ukraine

Biden is the most corrupt President in US history by far having accepted $51 million from the PRC, Ukraine and Russia including $10 million in drives from Burisma alone. Its possible Zelensky may be blackmailing him to keep sending him tens of billions of dollars or else he could release the audio tapes that prove Biden demanded and accepted the $10 million bribes in exchange for his quid pro quo to get Shokin fired to prevent him from investigating his son's corrupt business ties to Burisma. It is conceivable that Biden may provoke Russia to destroy the US over his attempt to reward his corrupt Ukrainian oligarch business partners for making his family rich. The very fact that he could do so should give Republicans pause rather than vote unthinkingly in support of his unbelievably risky and dangerous Ukraine war policy.   

America First conservative Senator J.D. Vance Speaking out Against the $95 billion Biden-Schumer “Ukraine First,” America Last Bill

America First champion Sen. JD Vance gave a great speech on the US Senate floor on Tuesday warning that it would be a grave mistake to pass the Biden-Schumer Ukraine aid bill as it would bring us closer to an unnecessary Third World War with Russia. Vance shared his experience of being deceived into supporting Bush’s manufactured war in Iraq in 2003 saying no one could have foreseen that Iraq didn’t have weapons of mass destruction or that Iran would become an Iranian satellite state. Actually, I was one of the few who wrote a number of articles warning if Bush destroyed the secular Baathist Iraqi state, Iran would fill the vacuum in power and Iraq would become an Iranian proxy state. I also estimated before the invasion that Saddam had destroyed 90% of his modest-sized chemical weapons arsenal before Bush invaded Iraq, over a year before Bush admitted in 2004 that he had destroyed all of them.

Senator Vance also talked about how the House Democrats waving Ukrainian flags as the Ukraine aid bill passed reminded him of the scene in 2005, members of Congress dipped their fingers in purple ink to show their support for fraudulent Iraqi national elections which elected an Iranian proxy Shiite Islamist to power for the first time effectively bringing Iraq into Iran’s sphere of influence. Both examples provide stark warnings for how foreign powers can get US leaders to expend precious American blood and treasure in fighting manufactured wars that make America and the world much less safe and secure as is the case with Biden’s war in Ukraine.  Johnson has clearly failed to learn from the mistakes of history and so its not surprising to see him repeat them at an increasing cost, not only to the Ukrainian people but to US national security as well. America First conservative Sen. Mike Lee joined Sen. JD Vance in leading the charge to kill the bill before the Senate vote on Wednesday, denouncing the $95 billion foreign aid package “unadulterated capitulation” saying he only needs 41 Senators to kill the bill. Sadly, the US Senate voted to pass the $95 billion Biden-Schumer-Johnson foreign aid package with only 15 Republican Senators voting against it, notably including Senate Republican Conference Chair John Borrasso (R-WY), strong Trump ally, who is running unopposed for Senate Minority Whip, revealing that the Senate GOP Caucus still remains very much under the control of Mitch McConnell and his fellow Biden Republicans.

Biden and neocon Republicans like Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-SC) want to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian and that's exactly what this bill does. They don't care about Ukraine or Ukrainians and never have. In early April 2022, Biden vetoed Zelensky’s plan to sign a peace agreement in which Russia agreed to withdraw from 100% of prewar Ukrainian controlled territory including eight Ukrainian oblasts in exchange for permanent Ukrainian neutrality. Nearly half a million brave Ukrainians have been killed or seriously wounded since who would be alive today if Biden hadn’t killed the Russian military withdrawal agreement. That tells you all you need to know about the absolute and utter contempt Biden and his leftist fellow travelers have for Ukrainian lives. For them Ukraine is nothing more than a pawn on a geopolitical chessboard.

Neocons like Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Sen. Graham have tried to invoke the name of President Ronald Reagan in their support of Biden’s war in Ukraine even though Reagan would never have gotten us into a proxy war with Russia over Ukraine a country on the farthest reaches of Europe outside of our NATO security perimeter which we have no national security interest in defending. Reagan supported a policy of peace through strength not war through weakness as Biden and his neocon Republican collaborators in Congress do. Biden and his compromised GOP allies continue to claim risking nuclear war with Russia over our increasing military support of Ukraine is in the US national interest. The problem is US national security interests don't coincide with Ukraine’s at all though I would argue that it is in both our national security interests to negotiate an immediate end to the war along the current line of control to secure Ukraine’s hard won battlefield gains and prevent any additional Ukrainian territory from being annexed by Russia.

Trump has stated he would end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours to stop the death and destruction of Ukraine and because it threatens the US with a nuclear World War Three. That is my position as well to make peace now to save as many Ukrainian lives and as possible so ten million Ukrainian refugees can return home, and the long process of reconstruction can begin without further delay. If the war isn’t ended soon with a negotiated peace agreement, Ukraine may end up like France after World War One in terms of numbers of total dead soldiers and the decimation of an entire generation of men and tens of thousands of young women as well. Thus far, Ukraine has lost 700,000 troops killed and wounded according to Ukrainian sources of which 250,000 have been killed. Ukraine has already lost 38% of its pre-February 2014 Maidan Coup population and the vast majority won't come back to a destroyed country even after the war is over. Already as of late last year, Ukraine has racked up 50,000 amputees in 18 months of fighting a level it took France four years of intense combat on the Western Front to achieve. I have heard Ukraine is already drafting some women to fight on the frontline.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has refrained from staging a largescale Russian military offensive aimed at capturing large amounts of Ukrainian territory since summer 2022 likely because he wants to maintain Russia’s three to one advantage over Ukraine in terms of soldiers killed and wounded. However, he will likely decide that it's time to make use of his 300,000 reserve troops to end the war with a massive Russia summer offensive. I don't think the Russian summer offensive will begin until late May at the earliest but more likely in June but once they do, Ukraine’ frontline will likely collapse fairly quickly because after suffering such massive casualties, they lack the manpower to defend along a wide front. Biden and Zelensky continue to refuse peace with Russia, we may see Russian troops advance to positions all along the Dnipro River by year's end allowing Russia to annex nearly half of Ukraine’s internationally recognized territory. The only way to save Ukraine is to end the war now as Trump has been advocating continuously for most of the past two years! Ending the war as swiftly as possible with a negotiated peace agreement is in everyone's best interests. America's, Ukraine’s and even Russia’s.

Stephen Bryen, a former US Deputy Under Secretary of Defense, assesses that Biden may be planning to send US troops to Ukraine to hold the Dnipro River line and avoid total military collapse with multiple elite Ukrainian brigades already refusing to fight, after he gets re-elected in November. He states it may take a Russian defeat of Ukraine this year to avert World War Three that would likely quickly escalate to the nuclear level.

“NATO's plan seems to be to try and ward off disaster by filling in gaps in Ukraine's forces by importing "advisers," waiting for the US to commit its army to the battle after the election in November.  The Russians know this and are in a race to try and collapse Ukraine's army before Biden returns to office, if in fact he does.  If the Russians are successful, a bigger war in Europe will be avoided.  If not, with the introduction of US forces, Europe will be plunged into World War III.”

The US currently has no defense against such an attack by any one of America’s four nuclear adversaries yet Biden continues to provoke Russia to use one to destroy the US and kill 275 million Americans.

Perhaps, if US leaders had taken even the slightest bit of action to defend the US against the existential threats of nuclear missile attack, super EMP attack and invasion by an army of 16 million illegals including 100,000 PLA soldiers in the past three years, the prospects of provoking an unnecessary Third World War with Russia might not seem like such a big deal. Instead, they have left us totally unprotected against all three, meaning that any one of our four nuclear/super EMP armed adversaries could destroy the US with little to no warning in a single day. But somehow, we continue to be told by US leaders like Speaker Johnson that the defense of foreign powers, even ones with which we have no security agreements, are more important than the defense of the United States of America and that provoking World War Three is in the US national security interest.

The truth is that the longer we fight Russia in Ukraine and the more weapons we send to the Ukrainians to kill thousands of Russians and attack targets deep inside Russia, the greater the chance we will provoke them to attack the US catastrophically which could cost the lives of tens of millions of American citizens. This Biden-Schumer Johnson foreign aid bill the House passed was the very definition of America Last. The Biden war policy in Ukraine has been to walk all the way up to Russia’s nuclear redline without crossing it while Ukraine may have already crossed Russia’s nuclear redline with their recent attack on Russia's nuclear command and control system in an attempt to embroil the US and its NATO allies in a direct war with Russia that would be guaranteed to escalate to the nuclear/EMP level knowing that the only hope Ukraine has of liberating all of its internationally recognized territory is for direct US military intervention against the mightiest nuclear superpower in the world.

Biden has demonstrated little to no concern for the lives of 275 million Americans who would die in a nuclear/EMP war with Russia in the event he misjudges what Russia's nuclear redline really is. Ukraine has no more interest in being nuked by Russia than we do yet Zelensky continues to ban peace talks with Russia and prolong the war unnecessarily which may serve to achieve this very outcome--namely the destruction, not only of Ukraine, but of all the Western powers. It's a policy of national suicide for both our nations and with the US and NATO erased from the geopolitical map it would leave the PRC to reign supreme unchallenged over the entire world and it must be ended as soon as possible if America is to survive the next year or two. Re-electing President Donald Trump is America’s only hope to ensure our national survival.
